Legacy of Agriculture: 70 Years of Excellence with Padgilwar Corporation

I spent some time recently in Pune with Sagar Padgilwar ji of Padgilwar Corporation whose family has been in the Agri equipment space for more than 70 years now for the last three generations. They have a fantastic business model call Kisan Machine Bank which can be very useful for farmer producer organisations in rural areas. He has many machines which are like miniature version of a Rice mill, Dal Mill, Spices/masala units, food processing unit et cetera which can create jobs in the villages. They have a total of more than 450 machines which are useful for farming and processing related operation operations.
